Permission Guidance
Permission Guidance
Section titled “Permission Guidance”Permission guidance helps users understand whether page access appears aligned with the selected classification level.
For example, a page marked Confidential may require a more careful permission review than a page marked Internal.
Classification vs permissions
Section titled “Classification vs permissions”Classification and permissions are related, but they are not the same thing.
- Classification communicates how the content should be handled.
- Permissions control who can access the page.
How permission guidance helps
Section titled “How permission guidance helps”Classify can help users understand whether the page permissions appear aligned with the selected classification.
TODO: Confirm product behavior. Confirm when permission guidance appears and whether it is visible to page readers, page editors, admins or all of these users.
