Space-Level Configuration
Space-Level Configuration
Section titled “Space-Level Configuration”Space-level configuration lets a space use classification settings that match its local governance needs.
For example, a Finance space may need stricter levels and guidance than a general internal knowledge base.
When to use it
Section titled “When to use it”Use space configuration when:
- A space has specific sensitivity requirements.
- A team needs a smaller set of classification levels.
- A space should use different visual styles from the global default.
- A space admin needs guidance that matches local processes.
TODO: Confirm product behavior. Confirm which settings can be changed at space level and which settings must come from a global template.

Example
Section titled “Example”A Finance space uses Internal, Confidential and Restricted. The guidance for Restricted reminds editors to check whether access is limited to approved finance users.

Notes for admins
Section titled “Notes for admins”Keep space-level configuration aligned with global governance. Different spaces can have different needs, but the meaning of each classification level should remain clear.
